After downloading the application, launch the Export Notes Application & click on the "Export"tab enclosed with red mark.
STEP 2:
In this step you browse the location where NSF file is saved & can migrate contacts in a single PST. NSF can be converted into diferent verion of PST i.e. ANSI & UNICODE.
STEP 3:
In this Screen you can apply different type of filters by selecting or not selecting the checkboxes.
Including: Categories filtering, Email filtering, Advance Settings & Calendar Filtering for filtering emails at an advanced level. finally after applying filters Click On Export.
STEP 4:
Now, this screen shows browsing of location for saving Converted file.
STEP 5:
In this screen, it shows a status report is generated that shows over all performance of the software.
STEP 6:
Export process sucessfully completed.
STEP 7:
Now launch Outlook & select “Import& Open” Option for importing the PST files to Outlook.
STEP 8:
Now you can easily view& read NSF file in Outlook.
